Students enjoy the "Sunshine Pass" during lunch!

Going outside to enjoy some fresh air!
Congratulations to all students who were awarded a Sunshine Pass this week at the PAWS awards assemblies!
Ms. Ana playing 4-square with our Sunshine Pass students.
What is a Sunshine Pass? The CSI: Small Committee designed the Sunshine Pass to honor those students at Small MS who are always following the P.A.W.S. – our schoolwide guidelines for success. During the P.A.W.S. Assemblies, all students who are on A/B or A Honor Roll, all Students of the Month, all 6th Grade Rock Stars and any students designated by their teachers will receive a Sunshine Pass for making our world a brighter place. The Sunshine Pass can be used at any Lunch A, B, or C after the first 15 minutes of lunch has passed. The lunch monitors will open the doors to the front of the school and students who have earned the pass will be able to go outside to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine for the last 15 minutes of lunch. The pass is valid during the six weeks for which it was issued and can be used every day. Students will be expected to keep up with their pass, which will be a laminated card with their name on it. The Sunshine Pass is our way of honoring those students who always seem to be doing the right thing, or who have made significant improvement in some area.
